Welcome to the Quest for the Torrid Zone. This site is a record of the Baja California Mexico adventure of Paul Taylor and Mike Palmer. We want to share our trek to the Torrid Zone with our friends and family and anyone else that is interested.

Our Mission

Is to feast our eyes on the wonders and joys of camping, fishing, shell collecting, beach combing,  skin diving, whale watching, surfing and sight seeing in Baja California.  Baja is calling us from the rain soaked, freezing buns winters of Southern Oregon to meet the yellow tail at the docks in Cabo San Lucas.
